Ciara coutured up on the Red Carpet

Singer, actress, and current muse of Ricardo Tisci (Givenchy's current creative Director), Ciara wore Givenchy, to not only the Grammy awards, but also the Pre-grammy party thrown by Clive Davis, the night before. Both looks were fresh from the spring couture collections, that Ciara attended the week prior.

Givenchy Muse Alert: Ciara

I've written blog post about Ciara before. I think she is a fly chic. But was never really a fan before her last album, Fantasy Ride. Which did horribly on the charts. Even though there were some amazing songs. But I believe that she has finally found herself and her personal style. When she started out, she was a seventeen year old girl from ATL, singing about her "goodies".

This week Ciara, jetted off to Paris, to sit front row, alongside Amber & Kanye, at the Givenchy's Spring 2010 couture show, designed by Riccardo Tisci. Riccardo's first couture collection for Givenchy. A few months ago Ciara declared, via twitter, that she was the new Muse for Tisci. A very bold claim to make. The collection started 40 minute late, due to a tardy Ciara, and was met with Boo's from photographers. I'm positive this incident was planned, well before she even received an invite to the show. She then changed her outfit, and hit the after-party. Maybe she is a muse. Who knew?

*A new album from Ciara is due later this year, with help from producers The Dream and Darkchild.

Ciara the Diva!

I have not always been a Ciara fan. But I really feeling her during the "Fantasy Ride" Era. And I'm really feeling the music.

*Current bangers i'm blasting to from the Fantasy Ride album:
-Work featuring Missy Elliot
-Love Sex & Magic featuring Justin Timberlake
-Go Girl featuring T-Pain
-High Price featuring Ludacris

All bangers! Unfortunely the album has bombed horribly. I dont get it. But anyway, I got my own bills to worry about. This picture is so Ferosh! It in itself is worthy of its own blog post.
